GreenTECH (Green Technologies Holdco (Pty) Ltd) is the technology holding company that builds and operates the platforms powering the AlterMARKt ecosystem. Founded by Charl le Roux through AlterAGRO, GreenTECH exists to deliver the technology infrastructure that makes the AlterMARKt vision possible.

Single holding company with ring-fenced sub-accounts: Property Portfolio, Technology, and Logistics.
Farmer's Fund (CIS)
1% of farmer sales contributes to pro-rata equity in facilities. Includes 8.33% reserve fund for exiting farmers and 15–20% Transformation Fund for PDI initiatives.
Agency's Fund (CIS)
Minimum 2% of sales per facility, contractually contributed by Destiny OPCO. Managed via ForkFlex.
Fund Manager
Service provider (not equity holder). Apolitical referee. 1% AUM management fee, performance fee tied to DFI impact KPIs.
